PSE 18 on iMac OS Sierra. How to install actions into PSE 18

I have a new iMac OS Sierra. After over 36 hours I have come to find it it does not support ANY PS below 2017. I am currently downloading the PSE 18. My question is I have several actions from venders that I need to install into PSE 18 when it is done uploading. HOW do I install these actions into the PSE 18 software on my new iMac with OS Sierra?

You would normally open the Actions pallet from expert Mode:

Window >> Actions

Click the pull-down menu (top-right) with down pointing arrow and horizontal lines.

Choose Load Actions and navigate to your .atn file

Yes, I did! I have copied and pasted it below! There seems to be a HHHUUUUGGGGEEEEEE issue with Adboe and Mac new OS Sierra. NOTHING will work on them and NO one at Apple or Adobe seems to know what to do. I have a week trying to get any form of Adobe to work in iMan OS Sierra that will allow me to use these actions that I MUST use in order to operate my business.

Here was their reply:

Most of the issues a lot of people are facing right now is a lack of compatibility between Apple and Adobe. With Apple updates happening, more bugs are being found in Adobe products. The recent High Sierra update has created issues in Adobe software that we too are experiencing. We will let our customers know as soon as we here of a solution for the current issues.
