PSE 19 won’t open after installing latest updaate

HELP! I am in a bind here to edit photos! I installed the update that helps to open RAW files. After it was installed I got a message to Launch or Close. I clicked on Launch, thinking I was opening PSE to continue editing my photos. Now I can’t open PSE at all! I need to fix this ASAP!!
