PSE 2 Won't Open On New Computer w/ Windows 7 - Not Enough Virtual Memory

Question

I am trying to install PSE 2.0 onto a new computer using Windows 7 and I get a message that the volume Windows is using for Virtual Memory does not have enough free space and that I should increase the available Virtual Memory - I have no idea how to do this.  Please help

That is a REALLY OLD version that may not be compatible with Win7

RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
