I have the same problem as most of people here have. When I updated my mac to Monterey, my PSE 2019 does not work anymore!! It was working before I updated, so I know it was still ok up to that point. I shouldn't be buying another software just because you cannot fix your bug. I already paid for this one. So please provide the support you promised. Fix this bug.
I don't wish to be rude, but does it occur to you that it was Apple who put out a new OS that does not support a popular program less than 3 years old? Apple has broken the program for you. Apple needs to fix it.
You can throw out your pse 2019 dvd if you have it- it simply won't work with Monterey. Adobe offically supports the newest version, and one version bac, i'ts been that way for years. There simply is no way they are going to bother making it compatible with Monterey.
Bottom Line: You're S.O.L.
Download a trial of the newest version, giver er a whirl.
