PSE 2021 won't import Canon .cr3 filew

I am unable to import Canon .cr3 files produced by my Canon R5 into Photoshop Elements 2021. I am running the latest version of Camera Raw (14.01). Elements will not detect the CF Express card that contains the files, though Windows File Explorer will.

Does anyone have a solution or workaround to the problem?

Hi @spwood_de. If your Windows file Explorer will read the CF card, why not use Explorer to copy the files to a folder on your computer and then import into Elements from there?
