PSE 2021

Hallo,

ich habe Photoshop Elements 2021 und habe das Problem, dass im Volbildschirm der Text im Foto zu weit oben ist. Ich möchte ihn weiter unten haben. Geht das?

Bei Vollsicht-Optionen habe ich dazu nichts gefunden.

In meiner alten Version PSE 10 war es günstiger.

I don't know whether something is getting lost in translation, but I don't fully understand your question.  Can you please provide a screenshot of your problem so we can have a better understanding.
