PSE13 closes during editing. [was: turning off]

Hello. I have elements 13 and while i am in the middle of editing my elements closes. I loose all the current work i have done on an image and have to start over and click on the icon again to open it up and start all over. How can i current this..it just all of a sudden started doing this today.
