PSE15 - editor does not load

I'm running windows 10.  I just purchased PSE15 a few days ago.  when I select a photo to edit in the organizer add select "photo editor" it says "loading adobe photoshop elements editor workspace" for several seconds and then nothing . The editor does not load.

I'm stuck.

Reboot your machine once. And then while trying to launch Photoshop Elements, : Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Mac: Option+Command+Shift) immediately after Photoshop Elements begins launching. Click Yes to delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements settings file.

Let us know if issue persists.
