PSE15 won't allow printer to manage colour

Hi  I have an Epson r3000 (Network)  and Windows 10.  I create mainly artwork on cards and get the colour right by allowing the printer to manage the colours.  Suddenly I am no longer able to do this. I go to 'more option' - colour management and set it to printer manages colour, i enable colour management in the printer preferences but the settings keep reverting back to PSE manages colour and colour management off.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer so it's not that - what else could be causing this?  The only thing that has changed recently is the router but I don't see how that could be the issue.  Can anyone help?

    Launch the Editor and check your color settings from the menu:

    Edit >> Color Settings

    Hi  It was set to 'no colour management' and I have changed it to 'let me choose' but it has made no difference?  I still can't get the printer to manage the colour and it reverts back to 'off no colour management'

    Are you printing from the Organizer? Does it make any difference if you print from the Editor?
