PSE15 Won't Start

I installed PSE15 yesterday and it started fine. Today it won't start. All I get is an error message "The application was unable to start corretly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application".

I tired some fixes I found to search the event logs and remove the offending module. All the logs show for the offending module is "unknown".

I did not try to uninstall and then reinstall since it took quite awhile for the first install.

    Even though it took an hour to uninstall and reinstall PSE15, I went ahead and did it and everything is working fine now.
