PSE2021 vs PSE13 (softproofing, interface 100% 200%)

Hello
I would like to know if in PSE 2021:
- the softproofing function has been added ?
- if it's possible to display the interface more precisely than with PSE13 ( ... with PSE13 we can only display in 100% (too small !) or in 200% (too big !))

Softproofing may be added from the very affordable third-party add-on Elements+:

Soft proofing has not been added.  Nor has there been any difference in the UI scaling.   But there have been many new and improved features since Elements 13.   You can check it out for youself with a 30 day free trial.
