I recently bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 from dell.  The product serial number has letters and numbers, but the letters won't work.  I contacted Dell and all they could tell me was they could connect to my PC and put in the numbers.  I told them no, I bought the software and I want the serial number.  They told me no and I would just have to use the trial version.  I just spent $2000.00 on a computer and this is how I get treated.  Anyway, can Adobe give me a serial number if I show them what Dell sent me?  I cannot find a support number.

What that #/letter combo is is more than likely a Redemption code. You have to go to the Adobe Redemption web page to Redeem your serial number.

hi there. I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 & Premiere Elements 2020 Bundle from Dell. But I didn't receive serial/redeem numbers. I tried to call to dell support 24/7  but they're closed lol. And my order history in Adobe profile is empty also. How I can get serial/redeem number with no Dell and Adobe
