"Filter / noise / reduce noise " in process multiple files

I want to use "Filter / noise / reduce noise " in process multiple files.  I am using PS elements 13.  I see "quick fix" options but nothing more advanced.  Is Filter / noise / reduce noise possible?

Noise reduction is usually better done on an individual basis, and sparingly. Are these photos for professional use?

its a large number of pictures that all need about the same amount of noise reduction, so being able to do it automatically would be a big time saver.  is it not possible?

If you want to combine quality and speed for processing multiple files in Elements, there is absolutely no issue if you are processing raw files in ACR. There is also no reason not to use the ACR process with jpeg (or psd, tiff...) files. You can apply the same adjustment to a lot of files opened at the same time in ACR. It's even more crucial for white balance, exposure, clarity... and noise or sharpening. You can apply the same noise reduction settings to fifty opened files, then select each file individually for non-desctructive cropping and exposure, clarity...

Those edits are non-destructive. You simply have to open the batch of files in the editor via the command 'open in ACR'. Unfortunately you can't open a batch of selected jpegs in ACR directly from the organizer, but once they have beend opened and saved once in the editor, the files open automatically in ACR the next time in the organizer.

I do process nearly 95% of my jpegs directly in ACR for both speed and quality.

Thanks but my files are not raw; the are .png.  I am not worried about destructive edits because i can just use a different output directory.  I want the effect of using the filter --> noise --> noise reduce filter on a large set of images.  I can of course do them one at a time, but want to know if it can be automated.

As I said before, you can use the ACR module to open non-raw files. I did not quote png because it's  much less current than jpeg, tiff or psd, but that format can be edited in ACR. Did you try 'Open in ACR'? (That's the command in Windows, there is an equivalent one for Macs).
