I have the new Nikon D780.

My 2018 version of Photoshop Elements will not open my RAW files.

Any suggestions (my version of PSE has the latest software) ?

Your new camera will require ACR 12.2. The current version for Elements is 12.0. We have no idea if or when there will be an update for Elements. In the meantime, your only solution is to use the Adobe free dng converter to convert your raw files to a format that Elements will accept.
