You can install the APP on as many machines as you want but when it comes to activation, you are allowed to activate on only two machines at any one time. You can control this by signing out from one machine and signing in on another machine making sure there are only two machines on which you are signed in at any one time.
Hope this helps.

I thought that was the case -- but I'm having trouble installing the APP on my second machine. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Do you get any error messages? What is your operating system?

It's Windows 8.1. I keep getting this message: "The code you entered is invalid."
But I know the code I'm entering is correct since I had copied and pasted it directly from the Adobe webpage when I started.

OK what you need to do is to copy from your account on Adobe website and first paste it in Notepad. Then from Notepad, copy again and paste it in your installation.. the reason for doing this is remove any hidden characters that might be present by copying from the website without cleaning the info. Notepad cleanses it which you can then paste it.
Also, note that you don't need to enter the serial number when installing. Always install it as a Trial first and use it for a week or two (you get 30 days to use it before you activate it) before activating it. You never know, you may want to change machines after you have installed on one machine. I have seen people here coming and asking what should they do if this is the case.

I tried it again. I got as far as where you see the two blue buttons for downloading both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements. But when I press the button for Photoshop Elements, I get prompted to re-input the Redemption Code all over again.

Did you convert the redemption code to proper serial number? You need a serial number and it is 24 characters long. Redemption number must be "exchanged" for a proper serial number. Did you do that?
go to this link and click on the items I have marked in RED.
Of course, you want to read the entire page first.

I did. It even gave me the "Serial Number" shown right above the blue button for downloading. But after I press the button -- it's keeps starting the process all over again. I even had my AT&T tech support try it for me and they got the same results. He said it's rejecting it for some reason.

OK it looks like you need to contact Adobe Customer Service using their Chat Line website. The link is here:
Make sure you have all your info ready like: Email address, and redemption code and also a scanned copy of your receipt to prove that you have purchased the product. This may or may not be required but it is better to be ready.
You are sure that you haven't used that redemption code before, right?

Will do. Thank you for your help.
