Photoshop Elements 18

plzzz don´t buy - I just bought 18 and have old 13 installed...nothing NEW on board

it´s a joke to sell NEW VERSION, all things looking same as in Rel. 13 not quicker...no highlights in 18

it´s a shame for ADOBE to sell it as new...I use Yoga 3 14" Lenovo Core I7 and it runs not perfect as No. 13.

In ELE18 manager screen cuts photos at right side in the middle, looks like 1/2 rest ...not using a perfect resolution...

I tried to send back to my seller (notebookbilliger.de) in GER, but they denied to return software, which is in use, but it´s not registered until now !!!

I´m really disapointed by ADOBE & above top sellers...my experience with AMAZON was better in past...

of course Lenovo YOGA3 14" CORE I7 meets requirements, cause Lightroom

4.4 & Demo of Lr6 runs perfect here...OS is Windows10 !
