As part of the Photoshop Elements 2023 and Premiere Elements 2023 release, we had introduced iOS and Android mobile companion apps. Hope you had a chance to try the apps.
I want to take a moment to recap the Elements Beta Mobile App releases so far and open a thread for your feedback and any requests you may have.
Here’s what you can do with the Adobe Elements mobile app (Beta):

If you do not have the app, scan the QR code or tap on the Google Play store badge below to access the app directly from your Android phone. You can also find the app by searching on Google Play.
For iOS, scan the QR code or tap on the Apple App Store badge below to access Apple TestFlight (needed for using Beta apps on iOS) directly from your iOS phone and follow the instructions to download and install the app.

Thanks very much for the info.
I have installed the Android web companion about April 10th, but I don't see any of the updated features. I have updated all my Android apps. The version number is 1.7.2.
Do I miss something obvious?

Please answer the below queries to let us understand your problem in detail and let us help you :
1. Do you mean that you have installed the Adobe Elements (Beta) on 10th April , 2023 and it got you the app installed with version 1.7.2 ,
OR
2. You already had the Elements (Beta) app installed on your mobile , you updated it from playstore on 10th April, 2023 and it did not update and is still showing you the version of the app which was already on your mobile i.e 1.7.2 ?
3. Also if you can let us know the mobile device model you are on along with its the android version ?

Yes, first install about the 10th April 2023. No availaible update on the Android store, works as expected except for the new features.

Sorry for the delay in response, the team was closely looking into the possible issue and trying to resolve it. It took time since this issue is not reproducible at our end and we were investigating into all the possible causes of the same.
1. Can you please help us again by checking if you are now able to see the latest update on playstore , if you have not already updated ?
2. If it shows no update on playstore or you already updated it by now , what's the current version of your app ?
3. If the current version of your app is not 1.7.6.10 , can you please uninstall the app and reinstall it from playstore and then let us know what version is getting installed ?
To check the version of your app :
Launch the app > Click on app icon on the top left of the app > Click on About app > Check the mentioned version on the top over there under What's new section

Thanks for the feedback.
I think my problem is that I am on the French Android Playstore and the app is not yet hosted there. I first installed the first beta manually from links I got in the forums and unfortunately I don't remember exactly how... I have just uninstalled the old version and as the new version does not either appear on the store, could you remind me of the correct procedure to install new apps downloaded from your links?

Hi @MichelBParis, the Android app availability is restricted to US, UK, Canada, Australia, India for now as the app is English only beta and is not localized. Would you be interested in trying it in English, then I can assess enabling access for France? As to the earlier version, did you install it via the Pre-Release forum or via Google Play store?

Yes, I am very interested in trying the version in English if can access it for France.
If I remember well, I did install the version from the pre-releease forum and I had to search for the way to download it on my computer and to send it to my smartphone and finally to to setup the app from the install file.

Hi, I have enabled the store listing for France, please see if you are able to find the app. Apart from the app, you can use Import options in Elements Organizer and Photoshop Elements to get media into the desktop apps and any media you get into the mobile app will be uploaded to the 2GB free Adobe Creative Cloud storage and be available on Elements Web to view and make creations such as Photo Collage and Slideshows. Please share any feedback via the mobile app or our Android feedback mail id. Thank you.

I've just installed Photoshop Elements 2023 and was delighted to see there's a companion app to make it easier to swith from mobile to desktop, but I cannot find it?
The link as well as the QR-Code are sending me to the Google Play Store, but all I see is a "page not found"?

I also tried to search the playstore manually, but no results (except from the regular photoshop-apps, but no beta version of anything).

Unfortunately it doesn't work - the link or the QR give me a dead page and searching for the app (with various combinations) does give me a LOT of apps, but no Elements Mobile Companion. Maybe it takes a while until the listing is visible.

Hi @kv76696550 you are right the availability in a country needs Google Review and takes time. I have also rolled back the availability after the message here for now, as I am re-checking with our legal to ensure we do not need to do anything additional to comply with the regulations in EU.

Same error, no App showing.
It's a bit sad, but I understand it cannot be done for a single person. I hope there will be a release for the EU soon.🤞🏻

Hi @kv76696550 , @MichelBParis we enabled support for French, German, and Japanese languages as part of Feb 2024 release of Elements Android and iOS apps. Please try and share feedback if any. You can find release details on our help page.

Hi Carl,
Apologies for the issue you are facing. Unfortunately, the app is currently not designed to work in zoomed view for iOS.
Can you please try this : Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom > Change to Default
Once you change the setting to default, the button viewing issue should get resolved. Please let us know if you still face issues.
