Red cast to photos

just got PS Elements...When I open  photos in PS Elements they have a red cast to them. The photo are fine if opened in other programs. cant understand. Can  anyone help me with this. I would think its a setting somewhere. I didn't make any changes. I just installed it

I figured it out .Im new to photoshop and didn't realize you have to open the image a 2nd time in the lower right hand corner after selecting the image from files... once you open it the 2nd time its fine....Thanx for everyone's help and sorry for taking up your time.
