Reinstalling Photoshop Elements on new PC?

Hi!

I have just reinstalled Photoshop Elements on a new PC.  I find that I am unable to register the new installation.  I enter my Adode ID and am just told it could not be registered and to try later.  I've tried over a number of days and still get the same message. 

Having looked at the help pages I realise that I didn't deactivate the software on the old PC which has now been scrapped.  How do I activate and register the reinstalled software?  I need to get the software registered to enable updates, which won't install.

    Problem resolved.  I contacted Adobe customer Service.  I had a webchat with the very helpful Naina B who updated the reference number and provided a link to download and reinstall the software.  Hats off to Adobe for good customer service.
