Running Elements 13 on a new OS

If a Mac running El Capitan is updated, will version 13 of Photoshop Elements still run?  e.g.  would an update to High Sierra allow version 13 to sstill run?  Where is the limit on what OS will still let version 13 operate?

The last version of the Mac operating system to support Elements 13 was Mojave.

Elements 13 cannot be installed on Catalina, Big Sur and Monterey.

However, if you have Elements 13 already installed and then upgrade your operating system to Catalina/Big Sur/Monterey, then Elements 13 may still run but may produce unexpected behaviour because it shipped well before those operating systems existed.

We'll update his older MacBook Pro to HIgh Sierra and let him stay with 13.   He likes doing things the way he has been doing them!
