Serial Number incorrect [Branched and renamed]

HELP ! 

I purchased Elements 18 as a download from Adobe.com om 6/5/18.   Then I was in ill health and did not get to install it until now. NOW I cannot find the redemption code as asked for in the install process and the serial number as given in my account details is stated to be incorrect.

I have been trying for two days to install this and am extremely frustrated. Did I just spend $151 AU for nothing?

Did you purchase Photoshop Elements only or both Photoshop Elements (photo editor) and Premiere Elements (video editor)?

If you already used the redemption code to get a serial number, you can't use the redemption code again.  It can only be used once to get a serial number.

You can install it without entering the serial number (it asks for a serial number, not a redemption code) and it will install as a trial.  You can then enter the serial number by going to Help > Activate from the editor menu.
