Share Pictures with SmugMug

Using PSE 15  The Share dropdown menu shows SmugMug as a connected app.

This app seems to be disabled?  Any comments

    Hi,

    The steps for sharing to SmugMug are following:

    Smugmug Gallery

    • In Editor, click the Share dropdown, and choose SmugMug Gallery. If the photos currently open have not been saved, you will be prompted to automatically save files. Click OK to proceed.

    • With one or more photos open, from the Share dropdown, select SmugMug Gallery.

    • In the SmugMug Gallery (Step 1/3) dialog, enter your SmugMug account credentials, and then click Log In.

    • In the SmugMug Gallery (Step 2/3) dialog, select a gallery to upload the picture to.

      Note:Click Create Gallery to create a new gallery to upload photographs to.

    • When your photos have been successfully transferred, the SmugMug Gallery (Step 3/3) dialog displays buttons:
      • View Gallery. Click this button to view your uploaded photos in a web browser.
      • Done. Click Done to close the dialog.
      • Log Out. Click this button to end the session with Smug Mug. The dialog returns to the Step 1/3 Login screen.

      In case you are not able to access the service from share dropdown, go to Edit menu> Preferences> Adobe Partner Services.

      Click on Refresh and OK. Restart the application and check for the service again in Share menu.

      It should be working fine then.

    Hey Arshla,

    I am having similar problems.  I have been able to successfully share photos to my smugmug account before using Elements Organizer 15 (see specific version below).

    But the problem I am having is with this step - "In the SmugMug Gallery (Step 2/3) dialog, select a gallery to upload the picture to."  I select a gallery and click or hit enter and nothing happens.  The app does not allow me to select a gallery.  I can create a new gallery - but again - the app won't allow me to select a gallery and go to the uploading stage.

    This is very disappointing.  Since purchasing Elements 15 about 2 months ago - the share to smug mug has only worked about 1 out of 5 times.  Very unstable functionality.

    Any ideas?
