I hope this is the right place to ask this. I think the elements disc I have is the very first elements -1. I have managed to make it work through 3 or 4 computer. My last had windows 7 and I could use it by running it as administrator. As you can tell I do not like change! Well, I was just forced into windows 10 with my new computer and I can't even get my old elements disc to run in it.
Going to the Adobe site I guess elements 15 costs $99 or cheaper if I can get it as an "upgrade". On ebay I can get a disc for $50. On amazon I can get a download for $40.
I will probably want to put this on my desktop and my laptop and figure that will be easier with a disc.What about support etc. Will that be different depending on where I buy from?
I am going to start with a free trail just to see if I can even figure out how to use 15. I sure hate change!
Yes.

I suggest buy from Amazon because it is price competitive.
You can download a free trial version from Adobe website from this link:
<Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 >
You can also create your own DVD with these official downloads and keep it safe for future use. Amazon will give you a serial number and you need to enter this in your trial version to activate it. There is no need to install anything when you have already installed a trial version.
Hope this helps.

Make sure that it is a license, too, and not just a disc. And make sure it's from an authorized reseller. There are some counterfeits out there.
