Probably the easiest way is to make a signature brush. Here are a couple of tutorials

You can also write your signature on a piece of white paper and scan it , then save it as a file. To use just the signature, you will have to delete the white background, and save it in a file format which supports transparency, e.g.PNG. This will have to be imported (copy/paste) to the photo.
