Slide shows

I have been trying for 2 weeks to create a side show out of about 30 pictures and have not been able to get the module to work. I have listened to the tutorials read every thing I can find and it will not respond properly.

I get one picture repeating itself out of the 30 and despite what I do it will not change to run all the pictures.

HELP !!!!!

Hi David,

Couple of queries here:

Which PSE version are you using?
Is this issue media specific? I mean select another set of say 5 images and then try creating slideshow. See if it is working fine or not.
Is this issue catalog specific? That is, create a dummy catalog (from File->Manage Catalog->New) and import some media in it. Select some media and then try to create a slideshow. See if this is working fine.
Please list your exact steps.

OK, By the numbers.

1. Elements 15

2. Selected 6 other images and it did the same thing with a twist. I did not select the image I had b/4 and it still appeared in the 6 images multiple times. Why would that image keep turning up?

3. I created a dummy catalogue following your steps and it worked fine.

4. Did the same steps in both 2 & 3 above. selected my photos in the organizer, went to create, clicked on slide shows, it assembled the selected pictures and played as advertised in 3 but not 2 .

Seems to me I have a photo problem all the pictures I’m trying to use were taken with the same camera and loaded into the program the same way. It’s a puzzle to me.
