I am a realtor and want to place the Registered Trademark symbol on the photo language

In PSE, activate the custom shape tool. On the tool's option bar, go to the "Symbols" library and you will find "Registered" symbol. Drag it out to the appropriate size and position it.

In windows, you can find it in the Character Map.
