How can you sync your organizer to multiple computers.

When you say sync, does it mean that you want the catalogs on one computer to be present on other computer as well just by signing in with same account?

More elaborate query would be helpful to us in answering you better.

Sorry, the organizer is single user, just like Lightroom.

PSE doesn't sync catalogs across machines automatically through your account login .

You can access any catalog across machines by creating the backup of your catalog from source machine and then restoring this backup to your target machine.

If you mean using the same catalog in multiuser modes in a network, forget it.

If you mean having a library (image folder tree) together with a catalog and using those on multiple computers with the same Elements version installed, you simply put the library and catalog on an external drive; you only have to use the external drive alternatively to any computer with the same Elements version.
