There is no "Colorize Photo" option under Enhance

I'm trying to colorize black and white photos in Photoshop Elements (just downloaded the trial). Adobe's tutorial says to go to Enhance> Colorize Photo, but there is no "Colorize Photo" option there. Anyone know why? This is the only reason I downloaded this program.

Thanks! I had 2019 installed, not 2020.

If you have the latest trial version it will be PSE 2020. Do you have a photo open in the Editor? Otherwise the Enhance menu is grayed out.
