Transfer licence to new computer

Hi,

I recently bought/installed PS & Elements 2018 and found that the performance was very slow due to my laptop hardware.  I have now bought a new "beefed" up laptop and want to transfer my licence to it.  I cannot find any deactivation option in the software.  Are you able to assist point me in the right direction please?

    Hi,

    To deactivate, Open Photoshop Elements Editor, and select Help> Sign Out.

    On your new laptop, install Elements with the same installer you possess and used on your older laptop and use the same serial number for activation.
