Transfer Photoshop Elements license to new Macbook

I work IT at a University. One of our users recently got a new Macbook. She has an old copy of the Photoshop Elements and Premiere bundle that she bought the physical version of. We installed both Photoshop Elements and Premiere on her new computer from the Adobe website and it is getting to the point where we are prompted for a serial number, which we can't seem to find anywhere in the documentation or on the box that she had previously purchased. Is there a way to transfer her old license through her account, or something similar? I have some of the account and product information if that is necessary. Any help is appreciated.
