Transferring photoshop to another computer

I have a registered photoshop 11 installed on my windows 7 computer.  I want to transfer it to my Windows 10 laptop.  I don't have a DVD and can't find the s/n.  Can I install it on the laptop?

The website you cited only tells you to look at the DVD to get the serial number.  I can't find a DVD.

Try Find your serial number

If that all fails, try running Belarc Advisor on your Win 7 computer and recover the serial number that way

I went to download the belarc advisor but my security service tells me it is a high risk threat, with Malicious Downloads.
