Unable to deactivate PSE8 on Mac OS 10.11

I have been using PSE 8 on Mac for several years now, have activated and deactivated it before but facing an issue deactivating it for the first time. Tried turning the firewall off but always get this message (see screen shot). So, am unable to use it on my other Mac I simply love PSE8 with full version of ACR and do not wish to upgrade. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
