Unable to download Photoshop Elements 2018

I have problem in downloading the Photoshop Elements 2018 that i purchased recently.

It appear with a message "contact - redsupport@arvatousa.com" but i found out that email is not exist.

Can anyone here teach me how to do? or is there anyway i should contact the customer service?

What operating system are you running on?

Do you get any error message apart from the contact one mentioned above?

Where did you buy it from?

Do you have a serial number (starts 1057) or a redemption code (letters & numbers)?
