Unable to download Photoshop Elements 2018

Question

I have problem in downloading the Photoshop Elements 2018 that i purchased recently.

It appear with a message "contact - redsupport@arvatousa.com" but i found out that email is not exist.

Can anyone here teach me how to do? or is there anyway i should contact the customer service?

Hi,You can try downloading it from hereDownload Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14 What operating system are you running on?Do you get any error message apart from the contact one mentioned above?Where did you buy it from?Do you have a serial number (starts 1057) or a redemption code (letters & numbers)?[don't quote either here - it's public]Brian
