Unable to download PSE 2020 onto my new computer

Having purchased a new computer, I went to download PSE 2020 onto it. This is already installed on my other computer, so this is the second download using the Adobe installer (2.38MB) which I transferred from the old computer.

When trying to do so I get the message ' Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your op. system.'

Have checked Windows 11 and everything is up-to-date.

The Browser I am using is Microsoft Edge.

Thank you.

In that case, you would be able to contact Adobe support and they will be able to help you.

To answer specifically: the software will NOT automatically pick up your serial from your account, and it WILL expire at the end of the trial period.  You have to find a way to enter it. It seems to me you need to click on LICENSE THIS SOFTWARE as was already suggested. Did you? If not, why not?

You may need to install the Creative Cloud application before installing Photoshop Elements:

I had to install it to be able to install PSE 2018 on Windows 10.

Hello Peru Bob

Thanks for your reply, I will try this first thing in the morning as it's
getting late this side of the pond.
Will let you know the result.

Hello again

Thank you Bob Peru for your suggestion, but I have had a look at Creative
Cloud and see it's a subscription service. This is a route I do not wish to
go down.
Does anyone else have any ideas ?
