I purchased Adobe Photoshop Premiere Elements 2022 but I cannot get into it.
This screen opens:
Then I click on the Editor button:
Then this image comes up and it looks as though it is opening, but it never does.
It never stops spinning on the left and the editor never opens.
I am thinking of just buying the newest version, but should I unistall this oonefirst?

Which did you buy, Photoshop Elements (the photo editor) or Premiere Elements (the video editor)?
There is no Photoshop Premiere Elements.
If you go to the Photoshop Elements Editor.exe file in Program files, can you open it from there?

Do you have a Wi-Fi printer? If so, change your default printer in Windows settings to a different printer. You can even use a pdf printer as the default.

I'm having the exact same issue, only on Windows 11. Was unable to find an .exe file in "file" or "files"
I have '22 Photoshop Elements, and '22 Premiere Elements.

@Teasip71 the file you are looking for is PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe (no spaces in the file name). It is found in the following path:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2022
Do not be confused by the fact that this folder has a blue icon rather than the normal yellow Windows folder icon.
If you are unable to open the program using this method, please answer the question that I also posed to @YOK33, whether you are using a Wi-fi printer.

Greg s,
My default printer is NOT a wifi. I have it set to "Microsoft Print To PDF".
