Question

Unable to get to Chat after exploring ALL options. Disgusted. HELP!

I've been working on downloading Elements 9 on my new Mac computer.

Spent hours on several days trying to access a live person or Chat. It just

keeps recycling.

The app is on my computer & when I try to open it I get:

-"Install" can't be oped. You should eject the disk image.

-I do that & am left with nothing.

That's frustrating in itself but the worst is the inability to get

help from Adobe.  Seems like they really don't care to help.

I'm 78 yrs old & my computer skills are not the best but I'm not

stupid nor impaired yet.

Adobe will not support this old version of the software. It is problematic that it will function properly on a modern operating system, but I encourage you to try.

    Try downloading from here:

    Download Photoshop Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

    Thanks Hatstead

This is where I got it before.

I just did it again with same results:

-"Installer" can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.

I downloaded it from a private website. Same results.

That's why I'm so upset that I can't get CHAT.
