Unable to release old broken computer - PSE-15

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

I had PSE-15 installed on 2 computers, then the old one died an I'm now unable to release the licence for PSE 15 in order to activate it on my new PC.

Tried to view the activated devices on my account, however only the product (PSE-15) is shown, and no computer. So it is impossible to release the old ons. The link used : https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices  doesn't show anything

although the list of Products is ok :  https://account.adobe.com/products

Can  an anyone from Adobe contact me for help.

Thanks,

JL

Adobe does not monitor thus site consistently. Suggest that you call them directly:

Reach us by phone (adobe.com)

Explain to the agent that you need a reset, not help with the use of the software.

Many thanks for your quick answer. I had been unable to find the phone numbers, well hidden...

I just reached an Adobe agent who was very efficient and solved my problem.

All clear now.

Good to know you were able to solve your activation problem.

Note that the link you have posted for activated computers is NOT for 'products' such as Elements. That refers ONLY to subscription softwares such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat, Indesign, Illustrator...

Only Adobe Staff can see that info and deactivate for no longer available computers.
