Tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 on the Windows 11 23H2 system without any previous photoshop product installed on it.
When installer finishes I get error: Unable to launch the product automatically. Please quit & re-launch manually (Error Code: 111)
When I enter the installation directory and try to start the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe I get another error: Configuration Error (Error Code: 11) (see attached screenshot)

Installer was downloaded directly from my adobe account.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

If you look in the C:\Program Files\Adobe folder, do you see any folders for Elements 2025? Did you purchase the product directly from Adobe or from a third party? A number of users are reporting an Error 111 problem and I am trying to figure out whether this is a scammer issue or whether Adobe has seriously messed up the download links.

Hello @Greg_S.
I purchased directly from adobe website.
Yes, I see 2025 subfolders in the installation directory - see screenshot attached below.
I also replied in this thread: Re: Photoshop elements 2024 installer is loading 2... - Adobe Community - 14865132
Somebody with "Adobe Employee" batch replied and confirmed my order so unfortunately yes, it seems installer is seriously messing up something.

Seems like it was fixed. Downloaded installer again and re-installed from scratch. Now the application starts correctly.

Well I have the same problem, but in my case it happens on the iMac with OS Sonoma 14.7.
It worked a few times after installation in september, but after starting the app yesterday the application crashed with this error. I uninstalled the application with the Adobe uninstaller and downloaded again from the Adobe webside but after installation the same errr occured. Is there a solution for this problem?
