Unable to update Elements 2020 on Mac

Photoshop Elements 2020 shows that there is an update required.  I get the following message and cannot update:

There is no application set to open the URL auphd://update?sapCode=PSE&baseVersion=18.0&platform=osx10-64&skipUpdateInfo=true.

What is the app required and how do I install?
