Hi, there is a new update of Elements. It is not possible to update. Message:

Select a program not possible. App Store --> no app available.

    Hello Georg,

    Could you please confirm if you purchased Elements 2019 form the App Store? If that's the case, then are you able to view the update to the app under the 'Updates' section of the app store?

    Also, it would be helpful if you could list down the steps that you followed while attempting to update to the latest version.
