Update not working & Missing Files

Just bought E15; it wants to update but it trips out each time?

Also pictures in organiser no longerr sharp & searches for 'missing file each time, eventually followed by a box that I cannot navigate. Help?

Questions to help other users help you:

- Mac or Win, which OS version?

- did you own a previous Elements version before?

- if so, which version and did you use catalogs in the organizer?

- did you 'convert' an old catalog or simply import your image files?

- could you post screenshots of the error messages in this forum? (not from mail). See the 7th icon on the top line to include the screeshot.
