Upgrade from PSE 8 to PSE 2019. Will I lose the 3rd party presest files I purchased?

I have Photoshop Elements 8 (in Windows 10) and I want to upgrade to PSE 2019. Will I lose all of the files in the presets and photo creations files, or will they be transferred to the new version? Many are files that I purchased from a third party.

Also, will PSE 19 uninstall my current version of PSE 8?

You can keep both PSE8 and PSE2016 on your computer.

You may have to reinstall your external assets for the new version.

So, installing PSE2019 won't uninstall anything from PSE8. If you have catalogs in the organizer, you will be prompted to 'convert' them to the new format. A catalog in the new format will be created and recover all your organization and tagging. The old catalog will still work with the old version (it will be renamed with a -1 suffix).
