Hello community,
I purchased the upgrade to PSE 2023 on an AdobeID different from the AdobeID I purchased PSE 2022.
As a consequence I suppose, the installation cashes (error 50) after 9% of installation.
How can I solve this problem ?

You are probably right that the problem relates to the different accounts. Try contacting Elements support.
