Upgraded to sierra and all printers crash when trying to print

I upgraded to Siearra a while back.  Every since then I cannot print for Photoshop Elements 13.  When I try to print, the application crashes.  On top of that, any document I was working on at the time of the crash doesn't show in the recent folder.

    Hi Heath,

Please upgrade to OSX Sierra 10.12.2 and let us know if you still see crash when printing from PSE13 Editor.

    Thanks

Now at Mac OS10.12.4 and Xerox Phaser 7760 printer crashes with current Adobe CC AI, PS, Acrobat Pro, and ID when OKing Apple print dialog box. The Xerox 3250 (b/w) prints OK. Tried letting printer and CC control printing and both crash the respective program.

    Hi Heath,

Can you please share crash log that you see post the crash? Also, have you tried resetting Editor preferences?

Which version of Sierra you have?

    Thanks

Did you upgrade the printer driver as well?  All major upgrades of any operating system invariably requires upgrades to drivers as well and it looks like you haven't done this.

do I have to do this through each printers site?   I did the check for software updates after I deleted and reinstalled the printers, but got no available updates, and consequently, no better results trying to print.
