upgrading from Elements 9 to Latest version.

I have a hard disc of Elements 9 but it does not read Raw files. Can I upgrade to a version ( 11 or later ) so that I can achieve this?

No problem upgrading PSE 9 to Photoshop Elements 2020 for $79.99 but there's better news.  Right now the full installer is even cheaper at $69.99.  Sale ends March 15.
