use 14 organiser won't read san disk SDXC card

I bought asdxc uhs-1 card as recommende for my new lumix TZ90 camera but the Photo downloader does not recognise the card even when its in the card reader slot. why not?

    What OS are you using?  Does the OS recognize the card via the card reader?  Have you tried using a USB connection directly from your camera?

    Mac Mojave 10.14.6

    No, Organiser 14 will not recognise the sdxc 64GB card in the slot, nor in the camera joined by USB cable.

    It recognises a 16GB card as its done for years.
