I Used Adobe Elements Organizer to make a Slide SHow. I found that if a picture is taken horazontally the heads get cut off but if vertically it is ok. Is there a fix for this?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

You need to crop both portrait and landscape images to a 16:9 aspect ratio before placing them in the Organizer's slideshow.    Standard terminology is to consider an image that is higher than wider a portrait-oriented image (and I would also think of this as a vertical image).  An image that is wider than higher is called a landscape-oriented image (and I would think of this image as being on the horizontal).  So, in my experience, it would be the vertical images that have the heads cut off, not the horizontal ones.  If you are seeing something different, please give us a screenshot.

For a further explanation, see my comments in this thread.  With landscape photos that have a different ratio than 16:9, e.g. 4:3 or 3:2, the slideshow may zoom into the photo to avoid black bars on the sides, but generally, heads will not be totally cut off.  However, to get the best results, crop to the 16:9 aspect ratio which is what the slideshow video will have when it is exported and will give you most control over your photos.
