Version 2020 gekauft aber Version 2019 bekommen.

Hallo, ich habe gestern die Version PS Elements 2020 online gekauft und installiert. Wenn ich nun die Features betrachte scheine ich aber die Version 2019 zu haben. Ich werde auch druch Inserts aufgefordert auf die Version 2020 upzudaten.

Das erfordert aber eine komplett neue Bestellung.

 

Wie komme ich nun an die Version  bzw. die Features 2020.

    Welche Version hast du? 2019 oder 2020?

    Über Hilfe > Über Photoshop Elements... kannst du dir das anziegen lassen.

    Welche Features von 2020 fehlen dir.

    Achtung: auf dem Startbildschirm werden auch Features von Premiere Elements angezeigt.

    Maine deutch is sehr schlecht aber: ih habe  jezt   Photoshop Elements 2019 and it have to update to PE 2020

    Vielen Dank, aber dort bekomme ich doch nur eine Testversion. ch habe doch die Vollversion 2020 schon bezahlt
