Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019.
Organizer.
It is impossible to select two Keywords at the same time.
Then I get the following error.
No media avaiable. Please clear applied filter and try again.
Problem: I can't find any filter to remove in Organizer?

If you search using two keyword tag box checkmarks, it will only yield photos that have both keyword tags applied (i.e. Tag 1 AND Tag 2). If you go to the options dropdown, next to the Clear button, you can select Show close match results. This will display images containing Tag 1 OR Tag 2. There are some other options that may or may not help your searches.

See the Clear button in my screenshot:

And you can use the Blue Search button in the top right corner of the window to create a search for 2 or more keyword tags using the modifiers AND, OR or NOT.
