I wonder if they fixed, say, the Windows Organizer maximized menus don't pull down bug? I support the product with my money every year. Every year they add features like Watercolor that I'll never use. But organizer bugs seem to live on for version after version.

Well, generally, bugs are solved... and new ones introduced.

Unfortunately, Adobe rarely comments on bug fixes for Elements as it does for CC... That's why it's better to use the trial version first and maybe wait for a few weeks to read about possible new issues. If your interface problem had not been solved, you would have already found by browsing this forum.

Browsing this forum is where I confirmed that that problem wasn't just me. And it's still very much present in PSE 15 Organizer. Here's hoping it's fixed in '18. I'll postpone messing with the trial until closer to Thanksgiving, That's when the price drops on the bundle at Amazon.

That makes sense.

By the way, PSE 2018 has solved the drop down menus problem in its own way: if you insist on setting the 'auto-hide' taskbar feature, the organizer opens in near maximized window automatically (you don't have to worry about it). If you maximize the window, the taskbar will not reappear... a good reason to use the trial version to see if that works for you. No problem with drop-down menus. (And the problem has been solved in PSE15 by either/or disabling the auto-hide feature or setting to near maximized window).

What’s new. Nothing but junk features with a overpriced upgrade. Sorry but in opinion Adobe is slowly killing itself with over pricing with nothing in return. I have always been happy with Adobe but no longer. Programs like Onone Raw are now becoming a better option. Very sad for a once good product ruined by company greed.
